Welcome to The Magic StoryBox (the "Service"), a creative asset developed and operated by Slootza Labs ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or playing with our application at slootza.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Parental Authority

The Service is designed to generate creative literature and educational illustrations for children. However, the interactive inputs, forms, text inputs, and submission boxes must be operated exclusively by an adult parent, legal guardian, or educator over the age of 18.

By entering inputs or submitting email addresses to join our waitlists, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and hold full parental responsibility for any children consuming the generated content.

2. Proper Use and Server Safety Rules

We provide free access to advanced generative models (including Google Gemini and Groq fallbacks). To keep this tool fast and cost-free for families all over the world, you agree to respect the following infrastructure boundaries:

• Daily Boundaries: You agree to abide by our local daily limit of 5 story generations per browser session. Any attempts to alter browser scripts, clear localStorage loops artificially via automation, or build scraping scripts to bypass this limiter are strictly prohibited.
• Automated Abuse: You must not run bots, spiders, scrapers, or DDoS vectors against our generation backend (generate.php). If we detect malicious request loops coming from your IP address, we reserve the right to permanently block your access.
• Clean Inputs: You agree not to enter text inputs that are intentionally abusive, explicit, harmful, or violate international copyright parameters.

3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer ("As-Is")

The Magic StoryBox serves as an interface layer that processes data dynamically via third-party artificial intelligence engines. Because AI output is non-deterministic, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations:

• No Guaranteed Accuracy: Stories and graphics are created entirely by automated neural processors based on your inputs. We make no guarantees regarding historical accuracy, textual coherence, or alignment with your desired parameters.
• Liability Shield: Under no circumstances shall Slootza Labs or Aditya Gupta be held legally or financially liable for any hallucinations, graphical oddities, textual errors, or content mismatches produced by external endpoints (Google, Groq, or Pollinations AI). The Service is provided 100% "As-Is".

4. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

We believe in sharing creativity, but we must protect our underlying asset architecture:

• The Interface & Infrastructure: All branding elements, custom system styling blocks, responsive CSS frameworks, icon layouts, signature formats, and underlying JavaScript engine structures remain the exclusive property of Slootza Labs.
• Generated Stories: Parents are given a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to read, listen to, print, copy links to, or share via WhatsApp any story they generate for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not bundle, package, scrape, or resell these generated story batches commercially.
• Upcoming KDP Assets: All references, preview designs, and waitlist download files related to our upcoming 50-page illustrated children's storybooks are fully protected under global copyright law.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the absolute right, without prior warning or financial liability, to suspend or completely block a user's access to the generation framework if we determine, in our sole discretion, that their behavior poses an infrastructure security risk, causes excessive system load, or violates any rule outlined in Section 2.

6. Modifications to the Service

As independent operators, we continuously iterate on our deployment layers. We reserve the right to alter model parameters, change the waterfall routing configuration, tweak the daily free story allocation count, or completely withdraw the free tier version at any point to safeguard our Hostinger server limits or protect against service cost changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or infrastructure disputes arising from your interaction with our website shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
