But impressive doesn’t mean useful. The result? No traffic. No momentum. Staring at flat analytics, it hit me: the internet doesn't need another directory of fake five-star reviews. It needs clarity.
The Turning Point
I deleted the entire site.
No dramatic pivot thread. Just a decision to start again—slower and honest. I stopped listening to "gurus" and started testing everything privately. That became the foundation of the Lab.
